Extended abstracts of at least 2 pages and limited to 4 pages should be submitted as soon as possible. Abstracts should clearly state the purpose, results and conclusions of the work to be described.
Please download the ABSTRACT TEMPLATE and read the abstract guidelines in it before preparing your abstract.
To submit your Abstract to the Conference you are asked to create a LOGIN ACCOUNT to the website (please choose an email and password to access the on-line abstract submission process).
After having logged in, click choose the selected session from the drop-down menu to submit the abstract. Before loading the file, it will be necessary to rename it with the author name (AuthorA) and convert it to a PDF file. It is the responsibility of the presenting author to ensure that the abstract is submitted correctly (after an author has submitted an abstract, he/she can login and check the submission, cancel the file and reload a new one).
The deadline for abstract submission is extended to 18 May 2018.
Abstracts should be submitted only through the online application: faxed or mailed abstracts or abstracts sent on disc/CD will not be accepted. If you are unable to submit via the website, please contact the Organizing Secretariat.
Once your abstract has been reviewed, you will be notified of the acceptance for being presented at the conference.
The presenting author will be required to register and pay for the conference to ensure their abstract(s) are included in the final program and abstract publication (the participation fee includes access to all sessions, conference proceedings, refreshments during coffee breaks, snacks during lunch breaks, social dinner and access to the technical visit on November 30th).
We encourage early submission of abstracts to facilitate registration and travel arrangements.
The language of the conference will be English.
