Submitting an abstract
To submit an abstract, please create your login account (COWM2018 credentials are no longer valid). If you have forgotten the username and/or password, please click on Forgot your password? to retrieve your credentials.
Please write your abstract using the supplied template (.docx or .odt format). The file must be converted to PDF, renamed as LastName_FirstName.pdf and submitted in electronic format using the online submission system on this web page. File size must not exceed 2 Mb.
Upon submission, you will be asked to:
- State your preferred presentation mode (oral, poster or both)
- Choose the most relevant topic
You will receive a confirmation email when the abstract has been successfully submitted. The authors are responsible for checking that the submitted abstract is correct. You can delete your file and upload a revised version using the online submission system until the submission deadline (31 March 2020). We encourage you to send your contributions as soon as possible to expedite the review process and to facilitate the organization of the Conference.
Contributions submitted in other forms (on paper, CDs, via email, etc.) or sent after the deadline will not be accepted, regardless of their scientific merit.

Acceptance and publication
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and the Organizing Committee. Notifications of abstract acceptance will be emailed to the abstract submitter by 5 May 2020.
At least one author (presenting author) must register to the Conference for the abstract to be published in the Conference Proceedings.
All participants will receive a copy of the Conference Proceedings Book and a pen drive including all posters in PDF format.
